As you can tell I’m totally soaking up every last bit of red in this month’s Freckled Fawn bundle. I’m not normally a red lady, but there is just something about it as we near fall, that feels so warm and happy to me.

I started this little spread with this fun photo of me in some signature red lipstick. I’m not normally a red lipstick gal, but it was totally appropriate for some of my recent outfits, so I had to document. I stitched on some wax paper scraps to back this photo, and I love the little pop of dimension.

I then layered a vintage piece of packaging, that was also that gorgeous shade of red, under my photo. I piled on one of the amazing chipboard stickers from this month’s bundle. This one says, “do your thing!”

I finished up my little spread with some layering and my journaling atop an old book page. I love mixing my typewriter and vintage scraps; it makes for such a beautiful visual for journaling.
