I had the pleasure of working with my best friend’s new set, Whispers of Gratitude. It is so gorgeous, you guys, and I could not wait to start playing with these leaves especially! You’ll especially love the amazing pink sunflowers in her set!

I worked through this section of the Word, taking notes as I went in my journal. When i finished my study, I decided on covering my background, in this amazing indigo color. I knew it would really make these leaves pop off the page!
I even ink blended my Thicker title, and it really tied together the whole page. I typed up my verse and a few summarization notes on a recycled pink bag, and I nestled it right in with my title. I really love the way the leaves give everything on the page character!
Speaking of favorites, I thrifted this little carrier basket over the weekend, and I love her! She’s so blue and lovely, and I’ve set all my essentials for this page on my desk. She’s also perfect for transporting all my photography props and tools with me for projects. I love it!
