Hi there, friends! Today I’m sharing a fun 12×12 layout I created using the amazing Felicity Jane Bailey collection. It’s been a long time since I’ve played with some mixed media, and I loved swiping some on the background of this one!

I started my layout with a great white cardstock. I then swiped on some white and mint colored acrylic paint. I finished off my splatters with a bit of Color Shine to bring in some more of that coral color.

I added some interest to the edges of my layout by using my border punch. I liked the way it made room for a peek of the great coral paper from the Bailey collection of papers.

I made a few pockets for this layout from the papers too. I wanted to create a pocket to show-off the amazing Bailey illustration on that 3×4 card, and then one pocket for some journaling inside. It left a nice little place on the bottom left side for my photo. All I had to do was layer up a bunch of pretty bits to get the basis of my layout.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I can’t wait to see what layouts you guys are working on this month!
