I went totally insane with the pink last weekend, and I feel like I was slathering it all over everything. This Bible page was no exception. As soon as I got the paint on, I thought to myself that this was a terrible mistake, but I went with it. And funny thing is, I quite liked the happy and bright result!
These little houses were cut from the Crate Paper Good Vibes Paper, Perfection. I couldn’t get over how cute they were paired with some of the icons from the cardstock stickers set.
I piled on a ton of alphas, which is my absolute trademark. They are my favorite crafty item!
This was another page that really didn’t require any journaling, because I did some separate prayer time dedicated to my little family. I’ll share the prayer with you from a great article I read the other day.
“Father, thank you for my family. Lord, you know their hearts. You know their strengths, their weaknesses and every tiny detail about them. God, I pray that You draw them closer to You. Show them who You are. Let them see their need for you, Lord. Capture their hearts and fill them with Your Spirit. Lord, I pray that they would seek You above all else. That as they wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night, You would be on their minds and hearts. That everywhere they go and in everything they do, they would see You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
