We know that we are from God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.
Sometimes we forget that this world traps you into making decisions based on career advancement, wealth, and personal gain; however, we must remember that we are His. This world lies in the power of the evil one, and it will tempt us with every turn; he will tempt us at every turn, making it seem like the best decision.
This is the reason that so many Christians must pray for discernment and wisdom; wisdom to know the difference between what God has promised us and what this wicked world is asking us to drink.
Lord, sometimes I forget that we live in an evil world. Please give me wisdom to know I am yours, and the things of this world are not my own. Teach me to see the danger in its promises. Amen.
I was delighted to get my hands on the Bella Blvd Spooktacular Collection. It is just oh so cute! We don’t celebrate Halloween, but I do love all the cutesy/spooky in this collection! I used the Illustrated Faith Homespun alphas and also the packaging/outline of some letters! Thickers, Color Shine, and a little sewing later, you’ve got this spooky little page. It makes me ready for some colder weather! Not sure it is ever coming.
